Rules

Hacking and Fair Play

  • No hacked clients, exploits, macros, or cheats

  • Examples: x-ray packs, kill-aura, auto-clickers, duplication glitches, fly/speed hacks

  • Only legitimate Minecraft versions and approved mods/resource packs allowed

  • Do not bypass anti-cheat or exploit bugs for gain

  • Interfering with server software or infrastructure = permanent ban

Discrimination and Harassment

  • Respect all players — no harassment or abuse

  • Forbidden: sexism, racism, and all other targeted insults

  • Offensive language, slurs, or derogatory remarks are not tolerated

  • Applies to chat, signs, builds, skins, usernames, and any in-game expression

Other

  • Griefing, theft, and destruction are allowed (anarchy-style), but must follow fair play rules

  • Report violations to admins promptly

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

  • We collect gameplay activity, chat communications, and server interactions.

  • Connection details such as IP addresses and join/leave events are logged.

  • Administrative monitoring may occur at any time without prior notification.

Use of Data

  • Data is used for moderation, security, and server stability.

  • Logs may be reviewed to investigate rule violations or technical issues.

  • Information may be aggregated for server performance analysis.

Consent

  • By joining the Hunger SMP, you consent to administrative monitoring and data collection.

  • Players waive any expectation of privacy within the server environment.

  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Data Sharing

  • Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

  • Administrators may disclose information to resolve disputes or enforce rules.

Punishments

Reporting

  • Players can report violations via Discord direct message to admins.

  • Reports should include: offender username, time/date, and description of incident.

  • Admins will review logs and evidence before taking action.

Appeals

  • Appeals must be submitted through the same channel within 7 days of punishment.

  • Final decisions rest with server admins.
